• Daily breakfast, airport transfers, hotel credit, private dining experience, activities, and other included benefits are available exclusively to registered guests occupying the Residence.
• The 500 USD Daily Hotel Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, is valid only during the guest's stay, and may not be applied toward room rate, taxes, fees, retail purchases, or other excluded services. Unused credit will not be refunded.
• Complimentary round-trip airport transportation is valid exclusively for arrivals to and departures from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is limited to one (1) round-trip transfer per reservation.
• The private Mexican dinner is offered once per stay and is available for up to six (6) or eight (8) adults based on the Residence category reserved. Advance reservation is required.
• The private sabrage experience, Bloody Mary class, stargazing experience, Kanai Mangrove Tour, and other scheduled activities require advance reservation and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational schedules.
