Double Exclusive rooms are located in La Limonaia. These rooms are spacious and elegant and offer breathtaking views over the park and the Arno River.

Tuscan style is given a more contemporary feel. Rooms on the ground floor are framed by wide windows, each of which provides access to a lovely private garden. Rooms on the first floor feature a picture-perfect terrace directly overlooking the rolling Chianti hills and the Arno River.

These rooms feature large comfortable beds as well as marble bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Double Exclusive rooms may be connected to a Suite Exclusive.

Junior Suite Top

Junior Suite Top rooms are located in the Noble Villa, the Mill, Villino and Casa Colonica. They are spacious and refined with a comfortable living area. All rooms offer soaring views over Villa La Massa’s 9-hectar park, the Chianti hills and the Arno River.

In the Noble Villa, the Villino and the Mill, Junior Suite Top rooms are furnished in Renaissance style with a warm color palette. The delicate fabrics have been masterfully designed by local craftsmen – such as the 16th-century damasks produced in the nearby city of Rovezzano.

The Junior Suite Top in the Casa Colonica boasts beautiful exposed wooden beams and vivid fabrics. It is the perfect combination of Florentine tradition and contemporary design. Large and comfortable beds will ensure a restful night’s sleep in the magical tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. The marble bathrooms and fine furnishings exude luxury and elegance.

Suite Exclusive

Suite Exclusive rooms are located in the Noble Villa, the Mill, the Villino and the Limonaia. They are large and luxurious and feature a comfortable separate living area, perfect for families or groups of friends. Suite Exclusive rooms feature fine marble bathrooms and masterfully handcrafted fabrics and furniture. Outside the views are breathtaking as guests overlook Villa La Massa’s grounds brimming with olive groves, lemon trees and cypresses as well as the rolling Chianti hills and the calm running waters of the Arno River. In the Noble Villa, the Mill, the Villino, our Suite Exclusive rooms are decorated in Renaissance style with warm-colored fabrics, boiseries, frescoed ceilings or exposed wooden beams, as well as fine linen tapestries. Luxury, elegance and romanticism meet comfort.

In La Limonaia, the Tuscan style is given a more contemporary feel.

Parco Suite

The Parco Suite is located in the Villino, Villa La Massa’s most intimate and recently constructed building (early 20th Century). The Parco Suite is the combination of a Suite Exclusive (582 sf) and a Double Room (323 sf) and features two large, comfortable bedrooms as well as two elegant marble bathrooms, a separate lounge and a living area for relaxation.
These glamorous spaces are decorated in light grey tones, with touches of ecru, orange, velvets and silks and sandstone enlivened from the typical red stonework. The Parco Suite is immersed in the amber light of the Tuscan countryside which floods in from the wide windows directly overlooking the Arno river and the Chianti hills. The perfect place for a truly romantic, intimate and relaxing stay.

Arno Suite

Suite Colonica

These suites are located in the recently renovated Casa Colonica, an ancient farmhouse which dates back to the mid-1800s. The suites maintain the same decorative Renaissance style as the main building, featuring floor to ceiling windows and balconies, impressive walk-in wardrobes and exquisite baths. A charming internal courtyard completes Casa Colonica and the Suite and Junior Suite on the ground floor can be connected and share a lovely garden.
The beautiful Santafiora stone bathrooms are complete with an impressive bathtub and separate shower. All bathrooms have natural light.
The charming inner courtyard is appointed with wrought-iron chairs and surrounded by the aroma of fresh jasmine; the ideal place to relax with a book or spend time with loved ones.
Each Suite Colonica is characterized by a different color palette. One of them may be connected to a Junior Suite.

Remole Apartment

The apartment covers two floors and measures approximately 850 square feet (80 sqm) plus a sprawling private garden of 1400 square feet (130 sqm) for relaxation, basking under the Tuscan sun, and gazing at Villa La Massa's gardens. The ground floor features a large, cozy living and dining room completed by a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob refrigerator, oven and dishwasher), a double room includes a marble bathroom with both bathtub and shower. An attic bedroom with a French bed and en-suite marble bathroom with shower plus a dressing room are located on the first floor. Warm and vibrant hues include blue combined with brick red and shades of orange in its fabrics while the handcrafted wooden furniture and wooden floors recall the rustic countryside. The curtains are made of neutral soft fabrics enriched by elegant velvet trimmings. The natural handmade silk rugs are specifically designed for this apartment.

Rosano Apartment

The apartment is approximately 650 square feet (60 sqm) and features a large double room with closet, en-suite bathroom with wide shower, a living and dining room with a separate fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The color palette selected for this apartment includes ochre, blue, brick red and beige. The curtains are made of neutral soft fabrics enriched by elegant trimmings. The bathroom is characterized by exquisite faucets and high-quality ceramics. The floor is constructed with durmast wood and is the backdrop for a natural handmade silk rug, specifically designed for this apartment, with a geometric pattern. The artisan produced furniture is crafted in durmast wood.

Rimaggio Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa and is approximately 750 square feet (70 sqm). It consists of a double room with en-suite marble bathroom and spacious shower, a living and dining room with an open-space fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The signature feature of this apartment is a beautiful patio of over 250 square feet (24 sqm) ideal for relaxing with a glass of Tuscan wine surrounded by the peaceful Florentine countryside. Its colors revolve around light grey, purple and brick red interconnected by a vibrant and elegant orange and brown. The curtains are characterized by neutral draperies enriched with a beautiful velvet trimming. Furniture and floor feature handcrafted durmast wood. The natural handmade silk rug has been specifically designed for this apartment.
